This is a temporary role with a contract end date of 13th September 2026.

Job Description

Sales & Service

  • Drive sales and help your store hit and exceed its targets
  • Become a product expert customers trust and come back for
  • Deliver service that turns first-time shoppers into loyal regulars

Visual Merchandising

  • Keep store standards and shop-floor displays high
  • Bring the Sports Direct brand to life through commercial, on-brand merchandising

Operations

  • Process and replenish stock at pace
  • Keep pricing accurate and the shop floor full
  • Support stock inventory and back-of-house operations

Your Development

Even on a temporary contract, your growth matters to us. You’ll start with our in-store induction to set you up for day one, and from there you’ll have access to ongoing coaching and real opportunities to convert into a permanent role if it’s the right fit for both sides. Many of our store managers, area managers and head office leaders started exactly where you’re starting now.

Hourly rate based on age and in line with national wage bands which can be location specific
