We are currently recruiting for an experienced Temporary Senior Administrator / Team Supervisor to join a fast-paced Legal services environment based in Leeds city centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, high-volume setting and is confident managing both their own workload and supporting junior team members.

This role requires someone who is available to start immediately and able to commit for at least 6 months.

The Role

Working within a busy operational team, responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a high volume of administrative tasks and ongoing matters simultaneously
  • Supervising and supporting junior team members with workload coordination and quality checking
  • Liaising with clients, third parties, and internal stakeholders professionally and confidently
  • Managing key deadlines and ensuring actions are completed within required timescales
  • Updating internal systems accurately to maintain reporting and management information
  • Taking ownership of complex queries and seeing issues through to resolution
  • Identifying process improvements and supporting operational efficiencies across the wider team
  • Handling confidential information in line with GDPR and compliance procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous senior administration experience within a professional services or corporate environment
  • Prior supervisory, team leader, or mentoring experience
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working within high-volume, deadline-driven environments
  • Understanding of GDPR and the handling of confidential information
  • Available to start immediately and able to commit to at least 6 months

Additional Information

  • Salary: £16.00-£19.00 per hour (can be flex for right candidate)
  • Leeds City Centre location – short walk from the train station
  • Hybrid working
  • Start date: ASAP for around 6 months
  • Hours: 9:00AM - 5:00PM Mon-Fri with a one hour lunch
  • Immediate interviews available for suitable candidates
