Team Assistant Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Assistant keen to join a collaborative and fast-paced boutique investment firm based in London.
Working closely with a client-facing team of Managing Directors, Vice Presidents, and Senior Associates, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the team. This firm prides itself on a genuinely supportive culture where assistants are valued as key contributors, and teamwork and collaboration are at the heart of everything they do.
In this high exceptional environment, you will be responsible for providing high-level support, managing competing priorities, and acting as a central point of coordination for the team.

Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years within the investment sector, in total, 5 years as an assistant.
- Proactive, highly organised, and client-facing in your communication.
- Calm and professional approach to managing a busy workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extensive diary and calendar management for MD-level stakeholders and wider team support.
- Coordinating meetings, calls, and schedules across multiple international time zones.
- Organising complex global and domestic travel arrangements.
- Booking flights, accommodation, and preparing detailed itineraries.
- Providing team-wide support and holiday/absence cover where required.
- Assisting with overall team coordination and administrative tasks.

You will bring:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Assistant, including at least 2 years within the investment sector.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- A collaborative, team-focused mindset.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Terms:
- 12 months
- £26 inclusive of holiday pay
- 5 days in office
