The Role
Working with the Service Leader and Support Worker team, you’ll support vulnerable individuals, ensuring personalised, person-centred care to help them live their best possible lives.
Key Responsibilities
We are currently recruiting for a Female Support Worker (temporary, 24 hours/week) for a period of 6 months, with potential extension to permanent. As part of a 24-hour service (including days and sleepovers), flexibility is key.
What You’ll Do
Each person we support faces unique challenges due to learning disabilities and mobility issues, but they make life fun and engaging through activities like:


Get help with your application

- Social outings (lunch, picnics, parties)
- Arts & crafts (swimming, knitting, jigsaws)
- New experiences (adventurous support welcome)
Your role may involve:
- Medication administration
- Cooking & meal prep
- Personal care assistance
- Home maintenance & financial management
Note: Gender-specific requirement applies – female colleague only, as recognised under the Equality Act 2010.
