What You’ll Be Doing

Are you a highly organised professional who enjoys keeping things moving, solving problems and making a real difference to residents and communities? This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting a busy Tenancy Audit Programme, helping to ensure homes, records and follow-up actions are managed effectively, professionally and with care.

As Tenancy Audit Co-ordinator, you will be at the heart of the Housing Management service, providing the essential coordination, business support and performance information that helps the team deliver an efficient, compliant and customer-focused service. From scheduling around 200 tenancy audit appointments each month to maintaining accurate records and tracking important actions, your work will help make sure the right information reaches the right people at the right time.

About You

You’ll bring strong administrative or business support experience, excellent attention to detail and the ability to organise a busy workload with confidence. You will be comfortable using Microsoft Office, maintaining accurate databases and communicating clearly with a wide range of people. Experience in social housing, local government or housing management systems would be a bonus, but your ability to learn quickly, work well in a team and deliver a professional customer-focused service is important.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
