Location: Chichester Salary: £27,200 – £30,000

We are now seeking a Tenancy Management Advisor to join our frontline Neighbourhoods & Tenancy Services team and play a key role in delivering a responsive, customer-focused housing service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the first point of contact for ASB and tenancy management queries
- Provide clear, accurate advice and guidance to customers
- Support early intervention approaches, including mediation and prevention
- Manage and update case records accurately using CRM systems
- Support tenancy changes, including joint-to-sole applications, household updates, and bereavement cases
- Investigate issues, such as:
- Abandonment
- Illegal subletting
- Tenancy breaches
- Carry out risk assessments and support case planning
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies, including:
- Police
- Local authorities
- Safeguarding partners
- Ensure full compliance with:
- Housing legislation
- Safeguarding
- GDPR
- Organisational policies

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident, organised and customer-focused
- With experience in housing, ASB, or a similar frontline service environment
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience in ASB, tenancy management, or housing-related casework
- Some knowledge in:
- Housing law
- Tenancy processes
- Safeguarding principles
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to:
- Manage sensitive conversations
- Provide empathetic, professional support
