Exciting Opportunity
Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Tenancy Progressor. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Edinburgh branch. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 35 hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The salary is £23,500pa.
What the Job Involves
- Managing tenant application process
- Carrying out tenant reference checks
- Preparing & signing lease agreements for new tenancies
- Arranging move in appointments for tenants
- Managing change of tenancy process
- Answering incoming calls
- Taking payments for new tenancies
- Scheduling Property Manager visits
- Preparing keys, parking fobs, permits & certification for new tenancies
- General office administration

Qualities We're Looking For
- Whilst Property Management experience is not essential, it is preferable and will make the transition for the successful applicant easier with some sector knowledge
- Excellent customer services skills
- Strong Administration and organisational skills
- Strong IT skills, MS Word, Excel
- You must have the current legal right to work in the UK
