Tenancy Progressor
At KFH we are looking for a Tenancy Progressor to join our Tenancy Progression team in Wimbledon.

KFH’s range of property services are made up of sales, lettings, block management, survey, and financial services. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, working in collaboration and achieving the right results with integrity.
What’s the role?
As a Tenancy Progressor, you will support the tenancy progression team in delivering high standards of customer service through the efficient, consistent and timely completion of administrative and compliance responsibilities. You will liaise with branches, landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure all tenancy agreements and documentation, queries and records are met and maintained.

What can you bring to the role?
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment in a customer-focused business.
- Experience in residential lettings is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage routine processes efficiently.
- IT literacy and ideally experience using CRM systems.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude and a team player mindset.
