Location: Hybrid – Linked to either Morden, Penge, or Lewisham office

Salary: £41,236 - £48,164 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week – flexible options considered

Contract Type: Permanent

We are recruiting for 2 Tenancy Specialists to join our team.

Role Overview

The Tenancy Specialist will provide a high level of expertise on antisocial behaviour and legal action for tenancy enforcement.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with field-based Neighbourhood Officers to ensure effective investigation and management of cases and that the most appropriate, cost-effective, and proportionate action is taken.
  • Manage a caseload of antisocial behaviour cases within your patch area, deciding on the most appropriate, cost-effective, and proportionate course of action, and ensuring the right support is in place for those affected.
  • Liaise with Local Authorities, the Police, and other partners to gather and maintain evidence, complete visits and interviews, and progress cases through to legal action where appropriate.
  • Prepare paperwork and attend/travel to court, as required by the role and agreed with your line manager.

Requirements

  • Tenancy fraud activity is currently under review. The role will primarily focus on antisocial behaviour, however, there may be a requirement to support fraud-related work in the future.

Additional Information

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in either Penge, Lewisham, or Morden. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 1 day per week.
