Tender & Compliance Officer

Tender & Compliance Officer

We are working in partnership with a growing healthcare supplier that works with the NHS and healthcare providers across the UK to deliver essential products that support patient care.

They're looking for a Tender & Compliance Officer to take ownership of the tender process, leading high-quality, compliant submissions that help secure new business and strengthen existing customer relationships.


About the Role

  • Manage tenders from opportunity through to submission
  • Produce high-quality PQQs, ITTs, RFIs and KPI reports
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Legal to gather winning content
  • Manage procurement portals, pricing, contract data, and tender documentation
  • Maintain a compliant bid library and support continuous improvement
  • Keep up to date with NHS procurement and compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Bid, tender, or proposal management experience
  • Knowledge of NHS or public sector procurement
  • Excellent writer with exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly organised and able to confidently manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder management and Microsoft Office skills
