This is an exciting new opportunity to work as a Service Tender Excellence Manager for a market leading healthcare organisation.
Are you an expert in tender excellence with a passion for shaping winning tenders in healthcare? We are looking for a Service Tender Excellence Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of high-quality, competitive service tenders across the UK business. This role ensures the submission of submits high-quality, compelling, compliant and competitive tender bids, acting as the expert in tender strategy, bid writing and win themes. The individual will coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs, elevate tender quality, strengthen win rates, and ensure alignment with payer requirements and the clients value proposition.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead service tender submissions, coordinating inputs across commercial, clinical and support functions, and review, refine and elevate drafts submitted by each function.
- Manage the tender pipeline and enable go/no-go decisions by facilitating commercial discussions.
- Ensure all tender responses demonstrate real value, are compliant, accurately weighted and aligned to evaluation criteria.
- Lead and develop a tender value dossier with clear, consistent USP statements across service and partnership models, ensuring a compelling narrative linked to outcomes and evidence.
- Support strategic and field sales teams in pre-tender positioning, serving as the subject matter expert for high-quality bid writing and using best practice and performance outcomes to drive improvements.
- Ensure compliance with tender rules, non-collusion declarations, canvassing rules and legal requirements.
- Ensure adherence to NHS terms, social value requirements, carbon reduction expectations and DE&I policies

The client is a market leading supplier of intimate healthcare products and services operating across Ostomy Care, Continence Care, Urology Care and Wound and Skin Care markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Experience in a similar pharmaceutical/medical device type role
- Tender and bid expertise, with experience in winning tender responses across NHS frameworks.
- Familiarity with NHS procurement processes, evaluation scoring systems and public sector frameworks.
- Analytical - Can use data, evidence and case studies to justify service propositions.
- Project Management - Highly organised, deadline-driven and skilled at coordinating multiple contributors.
- Communication - Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for technical, clinical, commercial and operational content.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Desirable: Business or commercial qualification
- Essential: Full UK drivers licence
