Tendering Manager
The Commercial Supervisor plays a crucial role in the Rosyth Bids & Proposals department, reporting to the Commercial Manager. They will oversee a team responsible for creating detailed tender submissions, considering various factors such as technical definition, schedule, cost, risk, operational resources, manufacturing capacity, and project loading. This role is key to formulating and executing 'bid win' themes, aligning with customer and market requirements and the company's commercial strategy. The Commercial Supervisor will also foster growth-based relationships with other Oceaneering business units and execution teams, ensuring a collaborative and successful approach.
