Hayley Dexis are offering an exciting opportunity for a Tenders and Business Support Apprentice to join the branch located in Oldbury. You will learn how to prepare Bids and Tenders to win work for Hayley Dexis.

Responsibilities
- Supporting the Tender Coordinator and working closely with the Bids and Tender Manager
- Preparing Bids and Tenders
- Learning how to use different Bid Management software tools and applying your knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Contacting and building relationships across Hayley Dexis UK branches and gathering information to add to Bids and Tenders
- Collating testimonials, facts and figures, examples, product information, pricing information or business information details
- Data entry
- Use of internal CRM Systems
- Completing documentation/administrative tasks
- Use of IT Systems, including Microsoft Office
- Administration duties
- Updating / data entry
- Building skills with communications and customer relations
- Working within a team of 17 staff and learning all aspects of the business, the products supplied and the services offered

Benefits
- Salary: £16000
- Apprenticeship: Business administrator (level 3) - 1 year duration
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch), Max 40 hours per week
- 23 days annual leave (Plus public/bank holidays)

Application Process
- The apprenticeship involves hands-on experience with on-the-job learning.
- Specialist training is included, with study to gain professional knowledge and skills.
- Training will be provided by STAFF SELECT LTD for the Business administrator (level 3) course, including Functional Skills Maths & English Level 2 (if required).
- Minimum 20% Off-The-Job Training (OTJT).
- End-Point Assessment (EPA).
- No day release required – all training is in-house.
- You will learn excellent customer service skills and administration skills, time management, and how to work with a helpdesk system.
- Gain confidence to engage with people on a professional level.
