Tenders Coordinator – (Job Ref: 26N/TNDC)

Location: Randox Laboratories, 55 Diamond Road, Crumlin, BT29 4QY.
Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours / Shifts: 8.15am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 1pm on a Friday.
What does the Tenders Coordinator role involve?
The role of Tenders Coordinator is key in securing business on a global basis. The successful applicant will identify suitable tenders, developing quality proposal and pretentions to identify tender opportunities. This will include:
- Searching bid portals to identify potential tender opportunities.
- Updating of registers, databanks, and weekly management reports.
- Distributing tender details to Randox offices, distributors, and business managers.
- Liaise with relevant managers and departments to coordinate, edit, format, and submit bid responses.
- Follow up on bids submitted to assess successful and non-successful bids.
- Maintain internal libraries and tools to aid future tenders.

Who can apply?
Essential criteria:
- Qualified to at least A-Level standard.
- Computer literate with all Microsoft packages.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Keen to acquire and develop new knowledge and skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of the tender process.
Desirable:
- Qualified to degree level.
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Experience using tender portals.
- Previous experience in an administration role.
