Tennis Coach (Level 2)

Location: Teignbridge Community Tennis courts
Pay: £20.66 - £22.85 per hour (subject to 26/27 pay review)
We're excited to launch a brand-new Tennis Programme this summer through Teignbridge Leisure. Using our fantastic community tennis courts, our aim is to create opportunities for people of all ages and abilities to try tennis, develop new skills, and become part of a welcoming and supportive local community.
We are looking for enthusiastic coaches to help shape and deliver this new programme. You will deliver and organise a wide range of tennis activity sessions for people of all ages in the community.
You will have a Level 2 Tennis qualification and ideally have coaching experience and be LTA accredited.
We are open to new and exciting tennis sessions, so let us know in your application, what experience you have in leading different tennis sessions and if you have any LTA tennis programme experience.

The role offers flexibility, and we will work with you to create a schedule that meets both the needs of the programme and your availability as a coach. The sessions tend to be 1 hour however you could be offered back-to-back sessions.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Coaching experience
- A Level 2 Tennis coaching qualification
- Ideally be LTA accredited
- Experience in delivering tennis sessions to all ages
- A genuine passion for working with the public
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to encourage and lead
