Role Overview We are seeking a proactive Sales development professional to join our team. This role will appeal to a motivated self-starter who is looking to drive the growth of their given territory. They will be responsible for tenaciously gaining new distribution through multiple categories building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers to ensure our brand flourishes in the market.   

The role involves researching and identifying new opportunities across multiple categories in the UK market, potential growth areas, and strategic partnerships. Adept lead generation through cold calling and connecting with key decision-makers is crucial. Building and nurturing client relationships, whether face-to-face or remote is paramount to understanding needs and delivering effective solutions. Driving business growth through executing sales strategies, delivering compelling presentations, and closing deals to achieve targets. Proven experience, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset are essential for successful business expansion

  • Proven experience as a Territory Account Manager or Regional Account Manager or in a similar role.
  • Courteous and professional communication while interacting with co-workers and customers and can remain calm and  objective in occasionally tense situations.
  • Work independently and adapt to changing direction and tasks from one store to the next.
  • Previous experience working in a  fast-paced start-up environment would be beneficial.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication  skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the  ability to multitask.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving  and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently and  collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities.
  • Proficient at using a computer for planning, recording and transmitting information, and communication      through email and similar platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Territory: DL DH TS

  • Conducting themselves professionally and living by the company I-care values,   
  • Organising their territory effectively for optimal coverage.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold outreach. 
  • Progressing clients through the sales funnel to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Deliver compelling and engaging sales  pitches to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to new and existing customers. 
  • Lead negotiations, address objections, and close deals with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Ensure a high level of satisfaction and customer retention with the services provided and address any concerns      promptly.
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding targets across all KPIs and revenue.
  • Managing data accuracy through the  in-house CRM system to ensure sales figures and reporting against KPI’s      are accurate and tracked. 
  • Monitoring current trends in the category  and feeding back directly to the business.
  • Count on hand product inventory in retail stores

  • Salary: £30,000 - £32,500 DOE plus 5% pension 
  • Car Allowance 5K  
  • OTE 10K commission – uncapped  
  • Company iPhone & iPad 
  • Work Location: Field Based
