THE ROLE:
As Territory Associate Manager, you will be tasked with managing and developing a strong client base of existing business across Wales and the Southwest, whilst also identifying and closing new business opportunities. Working alongside an experienced Senior Territory Manager who will mentor and support your development, you will be selling a market-leading portfolio of dental implants, aligners, equipment, consumables and software into both NHS and private dental practices. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional looking to take the next step in their career and gain entry into the medical and dental devices sector with a genuine market leader.

Due to continued success and expansion, they are now looking to recruit a Territory Associate Manager for the Wales and Southwest territory.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must be based in Wales
- Minimum 1-2 years of B2B sales experience in any sector
- Looking to take the next step into the dental or medical device industry
- Tenacious, driven and passionate approach with a strong hunter mentality
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially aware, motivated by targets and career progression
- Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
THE PACKAGE FOR TERRITORY ASSOCIATE MANAGER:
- Basic: £32,000 - £35,000 MAX DOE
- OTE: £10,000+ uncapped
- Car: Hybrid company car or £550 per month car allowance
