About the Role
The Territory Business Manager (Acute) will lead territory sales growth in advanced wound care by collaborating with clinical and commercial customers in hospitals, including:
- Driving medical training and education for product adoption
- Advocating for formularies, contracts, and clinical pathways
Key Territory: Isle of Wight (IOW), Hampshire, Frimley, Oxford, Berkshire, Gloucester, Bristol, Somerset, Wiltshire, Devon, Cornwall and Dorset.

- Achieve overachievement of territory sales targets
- Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue

Clinical Collaboration:
- Engage with key stakeholders (TVNs, surgeons, nurses, theatre leads, etc.)
- Drive product evaluations and clinical adoption via decision-maker relationships

Market & Product Expansion:
- Secure formulary/anage contract inclusion to increase clinical access
- Build awareness via audits, studies, and local educational activities

Training & Compliance:
- Uphold best-use training for healthcare professionals (HCPs)
- Comply with company KPIs, CRM usage and ethical standards
About You

Industry Experience:
- Proven sales background in medical/pharma (primary/secondary care)
- Partnership with Convatec UKI’s Advanced Wound Care (AWC) team

Qualifications & Mindset:
- Degree level qualification (ideally in bio-medical sciences, nursing, or graduate with medical sciences degree)
- Tenacity-driven, goal-oriented self-starter
- NHS structure familiarity (roles, terminology, strategies)

Skills:
- Outline communication & presentation skills (imparting technical data persuasively)
- CRM foothold + Microsoft proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Influence & relationship-building (with clinicians, commercial teams, stakeholders)

Working Requirements
- Fieldwork: 5x in-person client engagement days per week (90% on-site)
- Travel: Required as needed, with occasional overnight stays
