Up to £52,000 Basic + Bonus + Company Car/Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits
Axira Partners have been retained by a leading medical device organisation to recruit a Territory Business Manager to join their growing commercial team.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT – PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING
Candidates MUST have a minimum of 2–3 years' medical device sales experience selling into one or more of the following markets:
- Advanced Wound Care
- Wound Care
- Urology
- Ostomy / Continence Care
- Compression Therapy
- Tissue Viability
- Other nurse-led clinical markets

The Role
This is a genuine Territory Business Manager position, combining strategic account management with new business development across North of the River Thames, inside the M25, Essex and Hertfordshire.
You'll be responsible for growing your territory by developing existing NHS accounts, identifying new commercial opportunities and building long-term relationships with Tissue Viability Nurses, Community Nurses, Procurement, Medicines Optimisation teams and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales across your territory
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the NHS
- Manage and develop existing customer relationships
- Deliver product evaluations, clinical education and commercial presentations
- Drive formulary inclusions and long-term account growth
