Job Description
As a Territory Manager for Logobrand, you will take full ownership of retail performance across East London for brands like Carlsberg and Britvic. You will spend your days in stores, building relationships with managers and using data insights to optimize product availability, secure promotional space, and ensure maximum brand impact at the shelf.

What You Will Do
- Execute scheduled store visits to build deep relationships with in-store decision-makers and secure additional high-impact display space.
- Analyze territory data to identify availability issues and proactively implement merchandising solutions that drive measurable sales growth.
- Capture and report real-time visit data through mobile apps to provide actionable insights on competitor activity and compliance.
The ideal candidate
- Background in field sales, merchandising, or retail, ideally with experience managing multiple store locations or working with UK supermarkets.
- Highly organized and self-motivated professional capable of planning a complex weekly travel schedule across Hackney, Stratford, and Walthamstow.
- Strong communicator with the confidence to negotiate with store managers and a detail-oriented approach to planogram compliance and reporting.
