Olympus ENT is a specialized division of Olympus Corporation that focuses on advanced medical devices and solutions for Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) healthcare.
Olympus is renowned for its innovative endoscopy and surgical equipment, providing ENT professionals with the tools needed for accurate diagnosis and minimally invasive treatment.
We are recruiting for a Territory Manager to cover Durham, North West and South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Northampton, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and part of Essex.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of NHS and private healthcare clients across a defined territory, covering a range of counties and clinical settings.
Expect variety. Some days you will be supporting consultants in operating theatres, other days you will be working alongside teams in outpatient clinics or meeting with stakeholders to plan service delivery.

Key duties
- Managing the sales opportunities within your territory through to successful completion using ISP
- Accurate & regular forecasting of sales opportunities.
- Professionally represent the organisation at face to face/virtual exhibitions, workshops, and educational meetings
- Deliver post sales training, commissioning, and support for new and existing customers across product portfolio.
- Develop and deliver customer sales presentations in conjunction with customer requirements and communicate Olympus solutions & value propositions
- Ensure diary is managed effectively to maximise customer interactions & manage sales activities through the effective use of CRM.

What experience and skill set are we looking for?
- Experience within a field sales environment, ideally within the healthcare industry
- Self-motivated with a strong will to succeed
- Highly skilled in organising and planning multiple demands & priorities
- Demonstrates high levels of integrity in dealings with external & internal customers
- Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
- Highly motivated to provide exceptional customer satisfaction
- Focussed personal continuous improvement & development
- You will need a valid driving license to be considered for this role
