The role at a glance
We’re recruiting an enthusiastic Territory Manager to represent Carlsberg Britvic across Milton Keynes. You’ll build strong relationships key decision-makers in store, secure additional displays, increase distribution and drive sales and visibility for their well-established product range.
This role is ideal for someone with field sales or direct selling experience who enjoys autonomy, building relationships and delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment. The Carlsberg Britvic Account and Team
Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks. You’ll work with leading brands such as Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, Poretti, Robinsons and products from the Pepsi portfolio.
You’ll play a key role in developing relationships with retailers, growing Carlsberg Britvic market share within your defined territory, driving sales of their fantastic portfolio of beers, ciders and soft drinks by maximising brand availability and visibility in Grocery stores.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Territory Manager, you’ll take ownership of your defined territory, working closely with the Regional Manager and supportive team to delivered against your agreed targets.

Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing a territory and planning visits around store manager availability to maximise opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers
- Negotiating additional displays and promotional activity
- Driving distribution, availability and visibility across the agreed product range
- Executing merchandising activity in line with brand guidelines
- Actively selling to key contacts to maximise sales and visibility
- Using sales data to track performance and identify growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For
We are ideally looking for a candidate who has the following skills and experience, but if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t align perfectly, we still encourage you to apply - you might be just the right person for our team.
You’ll need:
- Experience working in field sales or similar role
- Strong communication skills and confidence influencing stakeholders
- Stakeholder management experience
- Excellent time management and territory planning ability
- Be self-motivated and results-driven
- A full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points and no previous bans)
Nice to Have:
- Merchandising or POS execution experience
- Direct selling skills
