Territory Manager
Territory Manager – Bradford & Surrounding Areas (Ideal Location BD11)
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to £28,000 (pro-rated) base salary
- 10% KPI bonus on performance
- £400 retention bonus (pro-rated)

- Mobile phone & tablet provided
- Smart working policy (40-hour week, flexible hours: 7am–7pm)
Contract Type & Duration:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Fixed-term contract until 7th September 2026
- Strong potential for progression to permanent opportunity
About the Role
We’re seeking a Territory Manager to support a new project, driving sales growth by ensuring products are stocked, promotions are compliant, and impulse purchases are encouraged. This role requires you to:
- Build strong relationships with retail buyers to develop a sustainable grocery distribution strategy
- Deliver key sales and marketing objectives through effective execution of trade marketing initiatives
- Create impulse-driven displays and fixture/feature compliance in stores
- Represent our high-profile brands with exceptional selling narratives
You’ll thrive in a high-energy, relationship-focused environment, traveling regularly to Bradford and surrounding areas. A self-starter with a passion for fieldwork and a results-driven mindset—as well as a license (≤6 points/no bans)—can excel here.

Key Responsibilities
- Distributor & buyer engagement: Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to ensure distribution goals are met.
- Sales execution: Drive sell-in strategies aligned with brand and category objectives.
- Trade marketing execution: Monitor compliance, space allocations, and promotional placements.
- Customer insight: Identify market trends and opportunities for impulse category growth.
- ** Reporting:** Provide store and sales directory reports to assess performance.
- Continuous improvement: Audit practices to enhance process efficiency and retail engagement.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven sales experience in FMCG, grocery, or distribution.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with a commercial mindset.
- Driving confidence: Comfortable with daily travel (licensed, ≤6 points/no bans).
- Organisational flair: Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of trade marketing compliance and fixture displays beneficial.
- Passion for grocery/retail trends positively influencing customer choice.
Preferences
- Background in distribution management, trade marketing, or retail sales.
- Familiarity with impulse category growth strategies.
- Strong knowledge of ^{Two Degrees, but column expertise not essential}.
