About the Company

A supplier of sustainable agricultural solutions, specialising in the collection, processing, and distribution of food industry materials for use in livestock feed. Working closely with farmers, the company provides feed products and nutritional expertise to help improve feed efficiency and livestock performance. By making use of food industry materials, the business helps reduce waste and supports a more sustainable agricultural supply chain.

About the Role

Take ownership of a key Scottish territory, driving commercial growth, supply partnerships, and regional performance for a leading supplier of sustainable livestock feed solutions. We are seeking a commercially driven, relationship-focused Territory Manager to lead and grow our client's presence across Scotland. This varied and dynamic role offers the opportunity to drive business growth, identify new opportunities and build lasting partnerships with customers and suppliers across the region.

As the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, you will manage strategic relationships, resolve operational issues and play a key role in delivering regional performance. With proven commercial experience within the agricultural sector, you will bring strong relationship management skills, commercial acumen and a good understanding of the beef and dairy industries.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
