Territory Manager
Surgical / Endoscopy / Urology London Area
We're partnering with a leading global medical technology organisation to recruit a Territory Manager covering London.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected business specialising in advanced surgical endoscopy, urology, and operating theatre solutions. You'll work closely with surgeons, theatre teams, and procurement departments, driving sales while providing exceptional clinical support in the operating room.
The Role
- Manage and grow an established London territory across NHS and private hospitals.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, theatre staff, and key decision-makers.
- Provide clinical support and product demonstrations in theatre.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Deliver sales targets while ensuring outstanding customer service.

What We're Looking For
- Medical device sales experience is preferred, ideally within Endoscopy, Urology, Surgical Capital Equipment, MIS, or another theatre-based discipline.
- Alternatively, applications are welcomed from clinically trained professionals (ODPs, Scrub Nurses, Theatre Nurses, or similar) looking to move into medical sales.
- Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills.
- Confident working within the operating theatre environment.
- Full UK driving licence.
