Territory Manager - Dental Sales
We’re proudly supporting a well established, independent dental business in the search for a Territory Manager to take ownership of a fantastic South West territory. This is a role built around autonomy, trust and long term relationship building, not heavy KPIs or high pressure sales environments. You’ll be stepping into a broad, established region with an existing customer base in place, where success comes from consistency, service and credibility rather than a hard sell approach - ideal for someone who wants to genuinely partner with customers and build something sustainable over time.
The Role This is a home-based, field role where you’ll take full ownership of how you manage your time, customers and travel. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing a geographically broad territory, covering parts of: South West England & South Wales, working with Dentists, Orthodontists, Consultants, Dental Nurses & Practice Managers.

Responsibilities: Managing and developing existing customer relationships Identifying and winning new business opportunities Increasing product usage and account penetration Planning and executing effective territory plans and call cycles Representing the business at events, exhibitions and industry meetings
Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a field sales environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organised and able to manage a large territory Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and grow opportunities Comfortable working independently in a field-based role

Additional Info Home-based role 37.5 hours per week (flexibility required) Occasional evening / weekend work (time off in lieu provided)
