FUJIFILM Healthcare UK are looking for a Territory Manager to effectively increase sales volume and revenue through medical device product sales year on year whilst maintaining strong customer relations and increasing market share.

What you'll do:
- Act as an ambassador of Fujifilm Healthcare’s Endo-Solutions strategic vision
- Achievement of Company sales, profit margins and product targets for their area.
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of the businesses of which they work within, along with regards to product range, technical specifications, prices, features, benefits, clinical applications, and sales strategies.
- Deliver presentation of products and services to Stakeholders.
- Education of customers (and team members) in the practical features, benefits, handling of product, new technologies and the techniques employed in using the equipment.
- Making territory plans to achieve the targets in both sales and promotional activities.
- Maintaining and reporting, daily sales activity reports, account records, expenses and other administration, as required by the company and the line manager.
- Maintaining a Business Plan to maximise their territory’s sales opportunities.
- Maintain and continue to develop the necessary skills and product knowledge by on-going self-development in the job function, to augment the training that the company provides and ensure that all company sponsored training is implemented.
- Ability to influence, develop and negotiate with all financial representatives e.g., directors, procurement and business unit managers and other stakeholders to close a sale effectively and within profit margins/ targets

What you'll need:
- Min. of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the field of GI flexible endoscopy
- Experience in both Capital and Device Sales
- Excellent communication skills, personal initiative, and solid experience in working as part of a global organisation.
- Ability to work effectively and co-operatively with others and establish/maintain good working and interpersonal relationships
- Excellent professional appearance and presentation.
- Strong proactive service mindset and customer orientation.
- Methodical problem-solving skills and a process-oriented work attitude.
- Excellent PC and networking skills, and sound knowledge of MS Office; SalesForce skills are an asset
