The Role
I'm partnered with a world-leading medical device manufacturer, renowned for high-quality devices and an excellent service reputation. I am seeking a motivated Territory Manager to:
- Drive endoscopy sales across Wales
- Manage customer relationships
- Achieve sales targets
- Grow market share
- Collaborate closely with both clinical and commercial teams

Location
Wales (North & South)
Compensation Package
- Base salary: Up to £50,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) bonus: Up to £25,000 (uncapped)

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in medical sales (preferably capital sales)
- Endoscopy experience is a plus
- Strong customer-facing skills, with proven ability to engage effectively at senior levels
- Target-driven, with exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Full UK clean driving licence
