The Role

I'm partnered with a world-leading medical device manufacturer, renowned for high-quality devices and an excellent service reputation. I am seeking a motivated Territory Manager to:

  • Drive endoscopy sales across Wales
  • Manage customer relationships
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Grow market share
  • Collaborate closely with both clinical and commercial teams

Compensation Package

  • Base salary: Up to £50,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE) bonus: Up to £25,000 (uncapped)

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in medical sales (preferably capital sales)
  • Endoscopy experience is a plus
  • Strong customer-facing skills, with proven ability to engage effectively at senior levels
  • Target-driven, with exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Full UK clean driving licence
