Job Opportunity: Territory Manager

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join the Olympus G&R team, covering London, Surrey, Kent area.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, prospects, and key accounts for targeted marketing and sales efforts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and in-service training sessions for healthcare professionals to showcase the features and benefits of our respiratory and endosonography equipment.
  • Collaborate with internal sales support, marketing, and technical teams to address customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including respiratory therapists, pulmonologists, gastroenterologists, and other associated healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct regular meetings and communications with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide ongoing support and assistance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering expertise and guidance on our product offerings, industry trends, and best practices in Respiratory and Endosonography procedures.

Market Analysis, Intelligence, and Trends

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to Respiratory and Endosonography equipment and procedures in designated territory.
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement, new product development, and market expansion.
  • Using CRM, provide regular reports and sales activity updates, market trends, and customer feedback to management and relevant stakeholders.

  • Degree level qualification - desirable
  • Experience within a field sales environment, within the healthcare or medical device sector
  • Self-motivated with a strong will to succeed
  • Highly skilled in organizing and planning multiple demands & priorities
  • Demonstrates high levels of integrity in dealings with external & internal customers
  • Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
  • Highly motivated to provide exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Car Driver with a valid driving license
