Territory Manager – McCurrach on behalf of The Magnum Ice Cream Company

Contract Type & Hours
Permanent, full-time – 40 hours per week
Salary & Benefits

Base salary: £26,500–27,000 per year

Bonus: Up to 10% annual bonus (after smashing targets)

About The Role
As a Territory Manager, you’ll oversee a mixed territory of outlets, primarily:
- Managed convenience stores
- Supermarkets
- Forecourts (seasonal focus)
- Travel outlets
- Independent convenience stores
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership: Take full responsibility for territory performance, targets, and KPIs.
- Store Visits: Conduct professional, effective visits to meet objectives.
- Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with key store decision-makers, adding value in every interaction.
- Product Growth: Improve product availability and visibility for consumers.
- Awareness & Engagement:
- Increase brand awareness, ensuring planned ranges are maintained.
- Act as TMICC’s "eyes and ears"—identifying opportunities, issues, and competitor activity.
- Reporting: Accurately record and report all required data.

Skills & Experience
Collaborative & independent approach:
- Works well both on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Confident communicator, adept at building relationships.
- Committed to brands and retail excellence.
- Strong selling and storytelling skills to engage colleagues and consumers.
Note: This role requires a full UK driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points or previous disqualifications). All offers depend on a successful DVLA licence check.
