About the Role

Position Title

Territory Manager | J&J MedTech | Vision | east London & Essex

Location

East London & Essex, UK

Main Purpose

You will be responsible for:

  • Growing and maintaining Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision’s business within your assigned UK & Irish territory
  • Achieving targets in Net Trade Sales and PC-IOL sales
  • Delivering high-performance results through customer relationships, clinical insight, and data analytics

What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a high-performing sales team, driving standards in eye health surgery via innovative medical technology
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of NHS and private-sector accounts across East London & Essex, aligned to market demands
  • Partner with healthcare professionals to meet evolving cataract surgery needs, ensuring superior patient outcomes
  • Combine cross-functional teamwork (Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Clinical Services) to achieve targets
  • Develop and maintain trust-based customer relationships, embodying our patient-centric mission
  • Attend and engage in live cataract/lens-replacement surgeries, offering expert product support and guidance to healthcare providers
