Purpose of the Role

As Territory Manager for Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision, you will:

  • Grow and maintain business performance within East London & Essex,
  • Drive UK & Ireland market share goals through Net Trade Sales and PC-IOL sales,
  • Foster strong customer relationships with NHS and private-sector eye care professionals,
  • Partner with marketing, clinical, and commercial teams to deliver improved patient outcomes,
  • Attend live cataract surgeries, providing expert product support and clinical guidance,
  • Work collaboratively to meet evolving demands in modern cataract surgery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of NHS and private healthcare accounts to meet territory goals,
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons and practice leaders,
  • Lead data-driven sales strategies, leveraging real-time insights for decision-making,
  • Present clinical and business value of surgical solutions to partners,
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, clinical services, commercial) to drive success,
  • Represent the brand at external events, industry forums, or medical seminars,
  • Enforce ethical and compliant sales practices, upholding Johnson & Johnson’s standards.

Learning and development are a priority—both onboarding and ongoing professional growth will be supported.

Requirements:

  • A degree qualification (any field),
  • Proven track record of high achievement in prior roles,
  • Strong communication skills to influence diverse stakeholders,
  • Full UK driving license (essential for territory access),
  • Commitment to patient-centric care with unwavering integrity.
