Medical Device Sales Executive – Kent-Sussex
Solidify your healthcare sales expertise and ignite your passion for minimally invasive medical devices by joining our collaborative team—dedicated to revolutionising surgical procedures across Operating Rooms.
With a background in sales, especially in healthcare, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding relationships with surgeons and clinical teams.
The Role
This sales field position blends client relationship cultivation with technical product rollouts. You'll travel to hospitals and clinics in Kent-Sussex; flexible travel outside the area may be required when needed.
Our product range supports General Surgery, Colorectal, Gynecology, Obstetrics, Urology, Upper GI, ENT, and Breast procedures.
After completing a 7-week comprehensive training, you'll join surgical teams in the operational theatre, offering scalable solutions tailored to your target markets. Your aura commitment will reflect in facilitating the use of our devices—pivotal to advancing patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key surgeons and medical decision-makers
- Prospecting & Reporting: Develop targeted business plans in collaboration with your Regional Sales Manager
- Product Demonstration: Showcase and demonstrate medical devices to surgeons, nurses, and clinic staff
- Educational Integration: Attend orientation, training sessions, and scrub sessions to refine expertise
- Collaborative Workloads:
- Coordinate with Customer Service on tenders, pricing, quotations, and sample orders
- Address and resolve customer issues
- Conference Participation: Engage at medical industry conferences to network with surgeons

Perfect for:
✅ Sales experience with proven success in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices ✅ Customer-centric leadership: Proven ability to engage with decision-makers and build long-term partnerships ✅ Full-cycle account management—from prospecting to implementation—preferably in a national/regional healthcare framework ✅ Operating Room Comfortability: Experience or understanding of medical environments and efficient way to demonstrate products ✅ Skills to shine:
- Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Êxperience in Kent or Sussex (this is a must)
