Territory Manager - Laboratories (Greater London & South East)

We are looking for a commercially driven, consultative sales professional to join our high-performing team as a Territory Manager – Laboratory. This is more than a sales role — it’s an opportunity to become a trusted business partner to laboratories and dental professionals, helping them grow through innovative digital workflows, cutting-edge solutions, and strategic collaboration. We’re looking for someone with a true hunter mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify opportunities, influence decision-makers, and deliver measurable value to customers. What You’ll Be Responsible For Drive Territory Growth Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities across your territory with our extensive restorative consumables and digital hardware portfolio. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and digital engagement. Create strategic account plans to maximize growth and customer penetration. Consultative & Solution-Based Selling Act as a trusted advisor to laboratories and dental professionals by understanding their business goals and operational challenges. Deliver tailored solutions across Straumann Group’s laboratory portfolio, digital workflows, and services. Communicate compelling value propositions that drive long-term partnerships. Account Development & Customer Success Grow and develop existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Support customer education and engagement through meetings, events, and digital interactions. Performance & Commercial Excellence Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting. Use data, insights, and market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive overall business success across labs and dental practices. What Makes You Successful Proven success in B2B sales with a hunter mentality. Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders with confidence and credibility. Comfortable working in technical, healthcare, digital, or engineering-led environments. Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience, curiosity, and drive for results. Strong communication and presentation skills. Digitally savvy and confident using CRM and virtual engagement tools. What We’re Looking For Experience in dental, healthcare, medical device, IT, engineering, or technical sales. Laboratory technician experience is highly valued, but other transferable commercial backgrounds within medical and dental are welcome.
