Territory Manager (Dental Sales) – Lancashire & North West England
About the Role
As a Territory Manager at Align Technology, you’ll join a fast-paced, global team transforming the dental industry with innovative digital solutions—bridging the world from analog to digital healthcare. You will lead in the Lancashire and North West England territories, selling cutting-edge technologies like Invisalign clear aligners and the iTero intraoral scanner directly to General Dentists while driving growth, digital adoption, and superior patient outcomes.

- Account & Revenue Growth
- Lead the Lancashire/North West England market, onboarding high-potential General Dentist accounts and driving net new business
- Develop and execute territory plans to optimize/distribute capacity across accounts

Strategic Sales Approach
- Utilize consultative consultative selling techniques—engage in business level discussions (Cash Flow Analysis, ROOI, P&L reviews)
- Challenge and educate practices by analyzing opportunities in workstation ownership, digital adoption, and technology-specific solution adoption
- Create detailed account plans—balance existing loyal (“Black Diamond”) accounts with high-volume/emerging accounts
- Align solutions to strategic goals around volume, profitability, client retention, or service expansion

Implementation & Growth
- Close and onboard new Install/Restorative Practices with a focus on digital dentistry
- Increase same-s site utilization of advanced scan technologies
Key Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of 4-6 years in relevant dental/medical sales, e.g.:
- Candidates outside dental but in B2B medical device sales or sales of capital equipment/dental products considered
- Orthodontic or appreciation of straightening/scan-based sedation preferred (even if not direct experience)
- Insight into dental fields (e.g. implantology, restorative labs) is a plus

Skills & Capabilities
- Proven consultative/sales portfolio methods—delivers both technical expertise and strategic revenue growth
- Speaks the language of business owners—understands KPIs, ROI, P&L, and asks commercial focal questions
- High-effective relationship management—balances new top-line growth with existing account improvement
** technical/execution/reporting proficiencies**
- Fluent Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams applications
- Experience with a CRM system, particularly Salesforce, highly beneficial
- Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided)
- Must possess physical capability (lifting up to 40lbs)
Travel Considerations
- Willingness to travel across the assigned region, plus occasional offsite networking/launches
