About the Role
Headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, Evident employs around 4,500 people across 57 locations worldwide. Their Europe HQ in Hamburg, Germany, supports 770+ employees operating in 16 countries. Evident specialises in a broad portfolio of microscope systems for clinical diagnostics, medical research, basic science, and industry.
As Territory Manager in the Material Science Business Line, based in the Southwest UK, you will develop and drive sales across the company’s full microscopy product portfolio.

- Drive active sales across the entire microscopy product portfolio.
- Independently manage your territory, including all aspects of customer engagement and travel.
- Plan and execute customer visits and product demonstrations.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, with or without marketing support.
- Maintain and update your sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Keep accurate records of opportunities, timelines, and customer interactions.
- Represent Evident at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships for sustained success.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively seek and develop new accounts to grow the region.

Requirements
- A university degree, ideally in a technical field.
- Several years of sales experience in a relevant industry; microscopy expertise (especially in industrial applications) is advantageous.
- Strong technical knowledge and a passion for complex technologies.
- Results-driven attitude, with a love for selling and the ability to close deals.
- Excellent self-organization and motivation.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
