Territory Manager – Midlands

Territory Manager – Midlands Medical Devices Location: Midlands Territory (Field-Based) Salary: £40,000 basic + uncapped commission + profit-share bonus + company car + private medical cover

Join an Employee-Owned Company That Makes a Difference in Healthcare

Uniplex is a UK supplier of surgical instruments, medical devices, operating theatre, and sterile service solutions. For over 40 years, we’ve partnered with NHS Trusts and private hospitals, delivering high-quality surgical products, specialist repair services, and medical devices that enhance patient care and drive cost savings.

In 2026, Uniplex became an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), placing our employees at the core of everything we do. As part of our team, you’ll join a business where collective success is valued—and where everyone’s long-term contributions matter.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Territory Manager to expand our footprint across the Midlands. You’ll take ownership of a high-potential territory, building on existing NHS and private hospital relationships while unlocking new business opportunities.

This role suits a motivated healthcare sales leader who thrives in relationship-driven environments, understands both clinical and commercial needs, and delivers solutions that transform healthcare providers.

The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will:

  • Own and grow a Midlands territory with strong existing relationships and untapped potential.
  • Collaborate with Operating Theatre staff, Procurement, Sterile Services (CSSD/HSDU), clinical leads, and surgeons to align our solutions with their needs.
  • Promote Uniplex’s portfolio of:
    • Surgical instruments
    • Theatre products
    • Sterile service consumables
    • Specialised repair services
  • Deliver product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Set and exceed sales targets for your territory.
  • Attend events, including exhibitions and conferences, to strengthen market presence.
  • Gather competitive insights to inform strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
