Territory Manager North

The Company

Viridian Nutrition is the leading brand of ethical nutritional supplements. “What’s an ethical supplement?” we hear you ask! Well in a nutshell, it means we care deeply about everything we do, from the seed to the recycling bank, we focus on minimizing our footprint on the earth and we shun the use of chemicals for a healthier, better way.

From our beginnings back in 1999 we now have a great presence with our fantastic health store retailers. Plans are in place to continue this growth over the coming years, and a key part of that will come from the work done by our sales team managing retail customers in the UK and Ireland.

Role: Territory Manager North

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing our trade with an existing base of retail customers, in an area in England north of M62 plus Scotland
  • Identifying appropriate new business opportunities in line with company values
  • Achieving KPIs for call rate, reporting, and account planning
  • Exceeding short and long term goals based upon wider business strategy.
  • Working with all departments to ensure the best possible service and customer satisfaction

About You

With experience of field sales, you’re keen to move into a role with fantastic autonomy to develop your customer base. You will be someone who has:

  • A self-motivated “can do” attitude. High levels of initiative
  • The ability to be a team player both within sales and all departments.
  • High capacity to learn and adapt.
  • High level of business maturity.
  • Is able to understand customer needs
  • Is able to present and educate customers about the Viridian product range

Experience

  • Upwards of 2 years field sales experience.
  • A track record of exceeding goals and targets.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Exceptional integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of nutrition and/or personal care market is desirable
  • Experienced and skilled in using Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) plus CRM tools
  • A full clean driving license
  • Be based in and willing to fully travel around your territory.
