Role: Permanent, Full-Time
Role Overview
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth across a market-leading portfolio of orthopaedic bracing, supports, and vascular products throughout the Southeast. This is a highly visible, field-based commercial role where you'll be responsible for developing new business, strengthening key customer relationships, and maximising opportunities within existing accounts.
Working across both NHS and private healthcare settings, you'll combine strong commercial acumen with clinical credibility to build a robust sales pipeline, convert opportunities into long-term partnerships, and deliver sustainable territory growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across a comprehensive orthopaedic portfolio, supporting the full patient pathway from injury prevention and rehabilitation to post-operative recovery.
- Build and develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and clinical stakeholders to protect existing business and identify new commercial opportunities.
- Engage confidently with Orthopaedic Consultants, Physiotherapists, Orthotists, nurses, procurement teams, educators, administrators, and other healthcare professionals across NHS and private healthcare organisations.
- Develop and execute an effective territory business plan, identifying strategic account priorities, new business opportunities, and measurable growth objectives.
- Expand business within existing accounts while actively winning new customers and converting competitor business.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and clinical education, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who adds value beyond the product itself.
- Collaborate with customers to improve clinical pathways, treatment protocols, and patient outcomes while demonstrating commercial value.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Spend the majority of your time in the field, managing customer relationships, supporting product evaluations, and developing new business opportunities.
- Represent the business at educational meetings, training sessions, conferences, and customer events, including occasional early morning or evening commitments where required.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent commercial experience.
- A minimum of two years' sales experience in medical devices within orthopedics.
- Proven success in territory management, account development, and new business generation.
- Experience using CRM systems, sales analytics, and market insights to effectively manage pipelines and territory performance.
- Full UK driving licence with the flexibility to travel extensively throughout the territory.
