Territory Manager – Surgical Devices

Scotland Medical

£40,000–£50,000 + £22k+ uncapped OTE

The Role:

Managing and growing hospital accounts across Scotland, working closely with surgeons, consultants, theatre teams, ODPs, and procurement. You will combine account management with new business, providing in-theatre support, product demonstrations, and clinical training to drive product adoption. Full training provided.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year surgical sales experience
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
