About the Role
Are you a MedTech sales professional with a strong understanding of the NHS? Can you articulate technical details and evidence across diverse stakeholders—clinical teams, procurement, finance, and executive levels?

At Ambu, we don’t just adapt to change—we shape it. As the Territory Manager for Urology and ENT, you will:
- Lead significant growth in Ambu’s product portfolio within acute and non-acute settings
- Engage CBEs (Clinical Business Executives), Procurement Managers, Infection Control Teams, Consultants, Nurses, and more
- Own your own book of business, with 4+ days per week spent in-field
- Foster customer relationships and promote trusted brand advocacy
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Identify, qualify, and prioritise opportunities, mapping customer needs, buying influences, and decision-makers across the NHS and private sector
- Communicate compelling health-economic case studies—from clinical benefits to financial ROI—using historical & comparative data
- Maintain robust CRM & reporting systems, tracking customer interactions and pipeline progress (quarterly updates to the Regional Sales Manager – Urology & ENT)
- Gather and disseminate market intelligence, delivering actionable insights to drive strategy and prepare impactful presentations

This is a dynamic field role. Your success will depend on on-pulse consultations and hands-on demonstration of product outcomes in clinical environments.

Experience & Skills
- NHS Commercial Experience: Proven track record selling to procurement stakeholders (financial negotiation, pricing discussions, closed business + orders)
- Clinical Credibility: Experience engaging with consultants, nurses, technicians, and NHS Strategy Lead teams (grounded in clinical workflows, theatre access desirable)
- Technical Fluent: Able to explain health economics and product benefits across procurement, finance, and clinical teams (both medical and non-medical professionals)
Core Attributes
- Self-A Victoire & Ownership: Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Personality Fit: Friendly, credible, persuasive, professional, and unfazed by executive meetings
- Market Perspicacity: Expertise in spotting trends affecting key customers (e.g., de株negations, new legislations, improvement in HNEE)
- Flexibility: NHSE-ready regional travel, driving, and commitment to attendied conferences
