The Role

  • Grow sales across your territory, consistently delivering against commercial objectives.
  • Build trusted partnerships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre staff and procurement teams.
  • Provide expert product demonstrations, clinical support and training to maximise product adoption.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships.
  • Effectively plan and manage your territory, maintaining accurate forecasts and customer records.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market developments to uncover opportunities for growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and support wider strategic initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

About You

  • Proven medical device sales experience, ideally within orthopaedics or another surgical specialty.
  • Confident building relationships and influencing clinical stakeholders.
  • Commercially driven with a track record of growing territory sales.
  • Degree educated or equivalent.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
