Salary £50,000 to £65,000 basic, £25,000+ uncapped commission
Join an innovative UK medical manufacturer with a growing portfolio of advanced healthcare solutions. Manage and develop key NHS accounts across the North West. Excellent opportunity for an experienced medical sales professional with wound care or similar expertise. Full-time, permanent field-based role with strong earning potential.
The Role:
As an Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across their North West territory by developing existing NHS accounts and identifying new opportunities. Working with procurement teams, ICBs, TVNs, District Nurses and other key stakeholders, you will build long-term relationships, execute territory plans and achieve sales targets across an established portfolio of advanced wound care and medical products.

Location:
Field-based across Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Merseyside.
Requirements:
- Previous territory or area sales experience within medical devices, ideally wound care
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing NHS accounts
- Experience engaging with procurement teams, ICBs and clinical stakeholders
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills with experience of territory planning and CRM systems

The Package:
- £50,000-£65,000 basic salary
- Uncapped £25,000 OTE, paid quarterly
- £550 per month car allowance or mileage at 55ppm
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Pension scheme.
