As we expand our presence across key markets, we’re looking for passionate and results-driven sales professionals to grow our client base and make PlayReplay the standard in line calling.
Position Overview
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing sales opportunities for the PlayReplay system within an assigned territory. This includes managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and presenting the product to negotiating contracts and passing over to the onboarding team. You’ll work closely with all areas of the business to deliver value to tennis clubs, academies, tournament organizers, and federations.

Key Responsibilities
- Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your assigned region, identifying high-potential leads and opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at tennis clubs, academies, tournaments, and sports governing bodies.
- Sales Execution: Conduct on-site and virtual demos of the PlayReplay system; present pricing, ROI, and system features tailored to client needs.
- Lead Generation: Prospect and qualify new opportunities via outbound calls, emails, events, and trade shows.
- Negotiation & Closing: Manage contract negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from the field to influence product development and refine go-to-market strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain CRM records, track sales activity, and prepare accurate forecasts for regional performance.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in sports tech, B2B hardware/software, or SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in or knowledge of the tennis industry is required
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (up to 50%)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual meeting tools
