Job Title: Territory Partner

Reporting to: Territory Manager

Location:

Hybrid, Southampton (2 days per week in Newcross Office)

Salary:

Up to £30,000 pa + up to £6,000 pa bonus

Contract type:

Full time, permanent, 37.5 hours per week

Working Pattern:

Working hours are Mon - Fri 08:00 - 18:00. This will be a mixture of shifts from 8.00am - 4.30pm, 9.00am - 5.30pm, and 9.30am - 6.00pm.

  • Delivering outstanding client success
    • Becoming the first point of contact for your clients, providing responsive, professional support every day.
    • Building long-term relationships based on trust, reliability, and outstanding service.
    • Understanding each client's workforce needs and delivering staffing solutions that keep services running smoothly.
    • Identifying opportunities to improve the client experience, strengthen partnerships, and support business growth.
    • Resolving issues quickly and confidently to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Keeping healthcare moving
    • Coordinating shift bookings and matching healthcare professionals with client requirements.
    • Managing last-minute changes and finding solutions to ensure excellent shift fulfilment.
    • Working collaboratively across recruitment, bookings, and operations teams to maximise coverage.
  • Supporting and engaging our workforce
    • Helping healthcare professionals throughout their journey, from onboarding to day-to-day support.
    • Building strong relationships that encourage engagement, availability, and successful shift uptake.
    • Monitoring compliance, training, and workforce readiness to ensure the highest standards.
  • Driving territory performance
    • Using data and systems to monitor activity, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
    • Contributing to key performance measures including client satisfaction, workforce utilisation, and fill rates.
    • Identifying risks and opportunities within your territory and working proactively to deliver the best outcomes.

  • Experience in a client-facing, operations, coordination, or scheduling role (healthcare or recruitment experience is a bonus).
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build strong relationships across multiple channels.
  • Outstanding organisation skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Confidence using CRM systems, workforce platforms, and digital tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for delivering great service.
