Job Title: Territory Partner
Reporting to: Territory Manager
Location & Working Pattern
- Hybrid (2 days per week in Newcross Healthcare office, Scotland (East))
- Core hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Contract: Full-time, permanent
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: £28,000 pa
- Bonus potential: up to £6,000 pa

About the Role
As a Territory Partner, you’ll be at the heart of our client and healthcare professional engagement, driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibility includes:
- Coordinate bookings and workforce availability
- Build and sustain strong client relationships
- Ensure seamless staffing solutions meet demand
- Monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities
You’ll work closely with clients, healthcare staff, and internal teams to enhance service quality, workforce engagement, and territory performance.
Key Responsibilities
📌 Client Success & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, bookings, and daily support.
- Cultivate strong client relationships with a focus on exceptional service delivery.
- Align workforce solutions with client needs to meet demand.
- Capture feedback and drive client retention initiatives.
- Escalate supply challenges and growth opportunities to the Territory Manager.

💼 Workforce Engagement
- Support healthcare professionals from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
- Assist with system access, compliance, training, and app usage.
- Maintain open communication to increase workforce availability.
- Proactively improve utilisation and shift attendance through proactive coaching.
📅 Bookings & Scheduling
- Coordinate shift bookings to efficiently meet client requirements.
- Evaluate workforce availability against demand to ensure high fill rates.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes professionally and at speed.
- Maintain adherence to company recording and reporting policies.
📊 Territory Performance
- Use data and systems to track activity, prioritise workloads, and inform decisions.
- Contribute to key performance metrics, including:
- Fill rates
- Workforce utilisation
- Client satisfaction
- Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate across recruitment, bookings, and operations to drive excellence.
Requirements
We’re seeking a highly organised, customer-focused individual who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys building relationships.

- Experience in coordination, operations, customer service, or workforce planning (preferably in healthcare or staffing).
- Communication and relationship-building skills (exemplary stakeholder management).
