Territory Partner

Own relationships. Drive performance. Help transform healthcare.

Location: TBC Hybrid (2 Days in Office Hub)
Salary: Up to £36,000 including Performance Bonus
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week between 8am and 6pm

We're looking for a Territory Partner

to take ownership of a portfolio of clients, becoming their trusted advisor and helping them achieve better workforce outcomes. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems and making a measurable impact, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

A role with real ownership

As a Territory Partner, you'll take responsibility for a dedicated portfolio of healthcare clients, building strong, long-term relationships and becoming the person they rely on when they need support, advice or solutions.

  • Develop a deep understanding of each organisation, learning about their services, workforce challenges and future ambitions.
  • Work proactively to ensure they have access to the right healthcare professionals at the right time, helping them deliver safe, high-quality care.
  • Build strong relationships with the healthcare professionals who support your territory, understanding their skills, experience and career aspirations to connect them with opportunities where they can make the greatest impact.

What you'll be responsible for

Building trusted partnerships

  • Developing strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare organisations across your territory.
  • Becoming the first point of contact for your clients, providing expert advice and responsive support.
  • Understanding each client's workforce challenges, priorities and future plans.
  • Building confidence through consistent delivery and exceptional service.

Driving workforce performance

  • Planning and coordinating workforce solutions that meet client demand.
  • Improving fill rates, workforce utilisation and service performance.
  • Identifying opportunities to strengthen client retention and grow your territory.
  • Using CRM systems, performance data and business insights to make informed decisions.

Delivering solutions

  • Working collaboratively with internal specialist teams to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Resolving service challenges quickly and professionally.
  • Matching healthcare professionals with opportunities that align with their skills, experience and availability.
  • Following through on commitments and ensuring every issue reaches a successful conclusion.
