Territory Sales Manager
Evolve is partnering with a leading medical equipment supplier to recruit a Territory Sales Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with a manual handling or capital equipment sales background. You'll build strong relationships with NHS and private healthcare providers, drive new business and represent an innovative market leader dedicated to improving patient care.
This is a full-time, permanent role covering a territory across the West Midlands, North Wales and the North West, with travel extending as far north as Cheshire.

Ideal Requirements for the Territory Sales Manager
- Proven experience within the manual handling and/or patient handling sector, with a strong understanding of patient transfer, mobility and safe handling products.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop trusted partnerships with key customers.
- Previous experience demonstrating and selling healthcare equipment, delivering engaging product presentations to NHS and/or private healthcare providers, including clinicians and key decision-makers.
- A commercially driven mindset, with a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities, growing existing accounts and driving sales performance within the healthcare sector.

Role Responsibilities for the Territory Sales Manager
- Build and grow lasting relationships with hospital-based healthcare professionals, identifying new business opportunities and expanding your territory through a consultative approach.
- Present innovative healthcare solutions to key decision-makers, including managers, nurses and care staff, demonstrating how your products can improve patient care and clinical outcomes.
- Become a trusted partner to healthcare professionals, understanding both their clinical and commercial needs and providing expert product knowledge and tailored support.
- Represent the business at leading industry events across the UK and France, attending conferences, exhibitions and meetings while building your professional network and raising brand awareness.
