WorkWell Territory Sales Manager

WorkWell is looking for a proactive and commercially driven Territory Sales Manager to lead sales across our Harrogate location, Copthall Bridge, before also taking responsibility for our future Leeds city-centre workspace.

This is a full-cycle sales role with ownership of the territory from generating and qualifying opportunities through to viewings, proposals, negotiation, conversion, and renewal. You’ll sell a range of flexible workspace solutions, including serviced offices, coworking memberships, meeting rooms, and virtual offices.

We’re looking for someone who is confident building relationships, comfortable developing new business, and motivated by taking genuine ownership of their results.

The Role

  • Own and manage the sales pipeline across your territory
  • Respond to and qualify inbound enquiries
  • Generate new opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and local partnerships
  • Conduct consultations, tours, and viewings
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and progress opportunities through to contract
  • Build strong relationships with prospects, members, and local businesses
  • Manage renewals and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records and provide reliable sales forecasts
  • Work closely with the Managing Director, marketing, and operations teams to achieve occupancy and revenue targets
  • Represent WorkWell at networking events and within the local business community

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
