Territory Sales Manager - Optical
North West England | £40,000-£47,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus + Car/Allowance + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a market-leading optical company with a strong reputation for innovation, product quality, and customer service. Covering a well-established and high-performing North West territory, you'll inherit a profitable area that is already delivering excellent growth in 2026.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll promote a premium portfolio of ophthalmic lenses, diagnostic equipment, and white-label optical products to independent opticians. Building relationships with practice owners, dispensing opticians, and ophthalmologists, you'll identify opportunities, provide tailored solutions, and help customers grow their businesses.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced optical sales professional or someone looking to move into field sales from an optical practice environment.
Requirements
To be considered, you must have experience within the optical sector, including one of the following:
- Optical sales experience
- Dispensing Optician
- Optometrist
- Optical Assistant
You'll also need:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A commercial mindset and the confidence to influence customers
- A proactive, driven approach to business development
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points

Package
- £40,000-£47,000 basic salary
- Uncapped bonus (£10,000+ OTE)
